Product Application: MF-HD ladle lining board, a type of high-density calcium silicate board, is free of ceramic fibers and features low thermal conductivity, high strength, and excellent stability in both internal structure and external dimensions, making it an ideal replacement for ceramic fiber materials. MF-HD ladle boards can be used not only for ladle lining but also for tundishes, torpedo cans, electric furnaces, and more. Typical bulk densities range from 800-850kg/m3, with commonly used sizes including 300*114*13mm, 1200*600*13mm, etc. Special sizes can be customized, with a maximum board size of 1220x2440x100mm.
